I am deeply thankful and humbled in front of my Gurus - Shri. Yogacharya Govindan Nair, Shri. Yogacharya T. G. Chidambaran, Shri. Yogacharya B.K.S Iyengar and my brothers for carving out the Yoga within me.
Teachers who taught how to teach: I am truly grateful to Sarah Marsh, Tomas Marsh, Jason Machowsky and Leslie Hadley for teaching me the art of teaching Yoga with the right language, elegance and compassion; for giving me the in-depth knowledge and the lessons to always guide the students with encouragement and patience by understanding their limitations and strengths.
Teachers who taught the Science: I fall short of words to express my gratitude to each and every teacher in S-VYASA Yoga University for teaching me the Science and Philosophy behind Yoga; for teaching me the advanced techniques of asana, pranayama, meditation; for imparting the Therapy and humanity side of Yoga; and for helping me experience the state of Yoga. I bow in front of the profound knowledge and the realized selves of Padma Shri Dr. H R Nagendra ji, Dr. Nagarathna and Dr. G Ramachandra Bhat.
