It will also involve deep breathing exercises. Always consult with your primary care physician or healthcare professional to confirm if you are physically fit to attend the classes before joining the Yoga class. Bring your own non-slippery yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and do not wear any footwear or socks during the class. Use cushioning with towels whenever you feel any excessive pressure to any area of the body. If comfortable, discuss your physical limitations and/or any health issues with your Yoga trainer prior to the class. Let your Yoga trainer know if you experience any pain, discomfort or anything abnormal during the class. Always be aware of the abilities and limitations of your body and avoid applying excessive pressure or strain at any point.
