Welcome to the wholesome path of wellness that is Yoga. We take great delight in carefully designing the Arambha Program for you. You will not only learn the basic physical Asanas of Yoga, but you will embark on a transformative experience of knowing the true art and science of Yoga. Learn from someone who has been living Yoga for more than 33 years. You will get to know you better and learn to be at peace with yourself and the world around you.
Is this for me? This is for you if - you are completely new to Yoga; you want to see if Yoga is for you; you have some Yoga experience long back and would like to start over; or you are a regular Yoga practitioner, but would like to make your basics strong. What to expect? You will be introduced to the concept of Yoga, you will learn basic poses, basic breathing practices and the foundation of how Yoga can bring physical and mental wellness. Instructions will be step-by-step and very easy to follow. You will be safely guided into and out of every pose. You are advised to attend at least 10 sessions to get the whole benefits of this program. You will also receive a completion certificate from Fasinate Yoga (attend at least 10 sessions), to mark that first step into the path of Yoga and will also keep you motivated to continue the journey forward.

Is this for me? If you want to enjoy the benefits of yoga by doing simple Yoga practices on a regular basis; if you want to continue strengthening your foundation of Yoga; or if you have bodily limitation and would benefit more from a simple practice
What to expect: You will be given a well-rounded Yoga practice including easy and simple yoga poses, basic breathing techniques and a foundation to meditation. Requirement: 10 classes of Ärambha / Prior Yoga experience (~10 hours of supervised sessions) required Duration : 75 Min Schedule: Sundays- 10 am to 11.15 am |
Is this for me? If you are well-versed with Easy Level Yoga; if you feel that Easy Level is not challenging you enough; or if you would like to deepen your Yoga practice What to expect: You will be given a well-rounded Yoga practice with intermediate level Yoga poses combined with basic ones, more breathing techniques, guided meditation etc. Classes will be faster paced compared to Sarala. Is this for me? If you are well-versed with Intermediate Level Yoga; if you feel that Intermediate Level is not challenging you enough; if you are a seasoned practitioner/yoga teacher; or if you would like to explore the advanced aspects of Yoga practices.
What to expect: You will be given a well-rounded Yoga practice with advanced level Yoga poses (Ex: Hand stand poses), deep stretches, advanced breathing & meditation techniques, and other special techniques of Yoga. Duration : 75 Min Schedule: Coming Soon… |

For Pregnant women from their 12th week of pregnancy onward
What to expect: You will be given a well-rounded Yoga practice with safe postures appropriate for the week of pregnancy you are in. You will be safely guided into and out of every practice, safe breathing techniques to promote relaxation and that much-needed stretching to alleviate tensions in various areas of the body. You will be guided towards a smooth labor and postpartum experience. You will be given guided meditation specifically designed for Mother-baby connection. Duration : 90 Min Schedule: Thursdays 5.30 - 7.00 pm Special Limited Offer: 3 Class for $50 (Available for new joiners only until slots get filled).
